It is time to start to think about the CIMA meeting 2010. Cosette Mast (FAI Secretariat) will contact you soon to arrange accommodation, but here follow the dates as a reminder:

If you want an item added to the agenda, you must send it to me rob (at) orleton.co.uk before 0900 Central European Time (CET) on Tuesday 28 September (45 day rule; FAI bylaws 5.6.4).
S10 Proposals 2010:
CIMA Delegates can submit proposals to make changes to S10 through the CIMA Wiki:

You must log in (click on 'anonymous' in the top right hand corner and use the login details which were sent to delegates separately) and then use the form. Amendments must be complete and easy to understand; they cannot be changed after the deadline.
The 2010 deadline for S10 amendments is 23:59 CET on 19 October 2010. Late amendments will not be accepted for the 2010 meeting.
